Ho chiamato i miei insuccessi sfortuna

Those shots were taken in an abandoned hotel. The place is icky, but the empty pool attracted me for its strange architecture and the bright colour. It is strage that there are no stairs to go into, and an unusual tunnel, more like a little bridge, that links a smaller pool to the big one.
Usually I'm extremely attracted by abandoned places and houses, but this location caused me anxiety, it's not just because it is the classic toxic climate, there's something more. The fact that never opened let me think about of all the things that could have happened, but that haven't. All the chats around the pool suspended like fog, all the ghostly wrinkled sheets left untouched.

I personally love this t-shirt. It is from one of my favourite band: Fine Before You Came.
The title of this post is from the track "Sfortuna", from the album of the same name.

Thanks Christian

I found this jacket in a huge "vintage hangar" near Florence. It's literally a fashion paradise, where mountains of denim are, and coats of any type and shoes, and everything you can think of. It takes at least a day to look at 1/3 of all the stuff. Gorgeous.

I bought this varsity jacket for a very few euro. It is in very good conditions and still had old labels on! The sleeves are in real leather (that caused me a problem with the laundry, which had to ask a leather-specialized  laundry to wash it and it cost me more than the jacket itself).
Anyway, it has a name on the upper right side: "Christian". So, I have to thank Christian for this unaware present, now his jacket belongs to me.

Talking about the hat, this is one of my favourite winter item. It is from my mom's shop. It comes in two other colours (dark and light brown). Have a look!

Love,
Bea

Vintage bad girl mugshot

The idea came from here.
These women are simply amazing, all the clothes and the hair and those gazes. I wonder what they did.
Number 8 is definitively my favourite. She was unsuspectable.

Look here for more photos.

Bea

The beauty and the beauty

This is our entry for the Lookbook is for lovers contest.
Don't know how I succeded in convincing my love to do all this, but I did   :)
I really enjoyed the results of this sunny winter day shooting session. We matched our looks and tried to keep all this very simple, wearing shades of grey and black.
I hope you like us.

Love,
Bea
